Iqbal Manpower Consultants (IMC) is a BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoter, recruiting Pakistani workers for employers abroad since 1978. As a manpower agency in Pakistan with our office in Islamabad, we place skilled, semi-skilled and professional workers worldwide, with Saudi Arabia and the Gulf as our main markets.
We work for two groups of people: employers who need reliable Pakistani workforce, and Pakistanis who are looking for real jobs abroad. For both, we handle the entire process legally, from selection and commercial screening to visa, medical and Protector of Immigrants registration.

A Licensed Manpower Recruitment Agency in Pakistan
Iqbal Manpower Consultants began recruiting Pakistani workers for overseas employers in 1978. Today we are one of the long-established manpower recruitment agencies in Pakistan, licensed by the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE) and working under the Emigration Ordinance 1979.
Our work covers construction, engineering, oil and gas, electrical and transmission line work, healthcare, hospitality, transport and more. We recruit at every level, from general labourers and drivers to technicians, engineers and supervisors.
IMC is part of the Iqbal Group. Our sister company Travel Value arranges travel for deployed workers, and our training centre, Learn to Earn, is a NAVTTC-approved centre for workers heading to abroad.
