The Parwaaz Card is a Punjab government scheme that gives interest-free loans of Rs 300,000 to Rs 1 million to cover the upfront costs of a job abroad. To get one, you need a verified overseas job offer letter. Iqbal Manpower Consultants, a BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) since 1978 working with PSDF on the scheme, can provide that job offer and help you apply for the Parwaaz Card loan.

What Is the Parwaaz Card?

The Chief Minister’s Parwaaz Card Scheme is an interest-free program of the Government of Punjab that helps workers pay for their pre-departure expenses while working abroad. It is operated by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) under the Skills Development and Entrepreneurship Department and through the Bank of Punjab (BOP).

PSDF handles onboarding, facilitation and coordination with OEPs. Bank of Punjab manages KYC checks, loan approval, disbursal and disbursement. The scheme aims to support 45,000 people over two years, with a total budget of Rs 6.867 billion.

Selection and job offer letter. We arrange your screening, employer interview and any trade tests, and issue a confirmed job offer letter once you are selected.

3

Apply on the PSDF portal. You apply on the official Prawaaz Card portal with your CNIC and job offer letter. Our team helps you fill the application correctly.

4

Verification and approval. PSDF verifies your application and while Bank of Punjab approves and disburses the loan. Complete applications take approximately 25 to 30 working days.

5

Processing and departure. We complete your medical, visa, Protector registration and ticket, and you fly to your job.
