When you apply for a job through our website
Our job application form lets you submit your details and upload documents. What we receive depends on what you choose to provide, but it may include:

- Your CV or résumé
- Any documents you choose to attach — which may include your passport, CNIC, or educational and professional certificates
You decide what to upload. If you would rather not send a document through the website, you can contact us and provide it another way.
When you use our WhatsApp button
Tapping the WhatsApp button opens a chat in WhatsApp and shares your WhatsApp number and message with us. That conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is also governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.

- Job application details and uploads — to assess your application and, if suitable, match you to an employer's requirements for overseas employment.
- WhatsApp messages — to respond to your questions through the channel you chose.
- Technical and cookie data — to keep the site secure, understand how it is used, and improve it.
Who do we share your information with?
We share your information only where it is needed to respond to you or to progress a job application you have submitted. Each recipient below is one we actually use:
- Overseas employers and their authorised representatives — where your application is being considered for a specific job, so they can assess your suitability.
- Government and visa authorities — the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, the Protector of Emigrants, and relevant embassies, where an application progresses to visa processing.
- Analytics and advertising providers (Google) — for website statistics and advertising, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry or application.
Do you send my data to other countries?
If your job application progresses, the details you submitted may be shared with an employer or authority outside Pakistan — primarily in the Gulf states, and where applicable in EU countries such as Romania and Poland. Data-protection standards differ from one country to another. Where an employer in the EU is involved, GDPR protections may apply to that transfer.
How long do we keep your information?
- Contact-form enquiries are kept for Purpose-only and then deleted.
- Job applications are kept while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a suitable role arises. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
- Where an application leads to overseas employment, related records are retained as required under Pakistani law (the Emigration Ordinance and Rules 1979).
Once a retention period ends, we securely delete or anonymise the information.
How do we keep your information secure?
We describe only the safeguards we actually have in place:
- Our website runs over a secure HTTPS/SSL connection.
- A Wordfence firewall protects the site against attacks.
- Access to enquiries and applications is limited to authorised staff.
What are your rights over your data?
You have real, usable rights over the information we hold about you:
- Request a copy of the data we hold on you
- Request that we correct anything inaccurate
- Request deletion, except where we are legally required to retain certain records
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

No. We provide overseas employment services to adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this website. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
