Branch Manager – Polymer Plant in Oman

Salary: OMR 1,000 per months

Job Description:

Educational Requirement: Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical/polymer plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth, efficient performance of staff.

Manage recruitment, business development, risk management, and hiring processes.

Build and lead a cohesive team.

Fully supervise the inputs and outputs of the production process.

Skills Required:

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Working Hours:

5 working days per week (45 hours)
